Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your report.

GetResearchReports.com is operated by TaggedWeb Inc., which is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

Your email address, your report brief, order and delivery timestamps, and your IP address (for fraud prevention and rate limiting). Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your report, send transactional emails about your order, enforce our refund and abuse policies, and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Your brief is processed by our AI research pipeline (third-party language-model and web-search providers) solely to produce your report. We don't sell your data, run ads, or send marketing email without your consent.

Retention and deletion

Orders and reports are retained so you can re-download and request revisions. Email contact+grr@taggedweb.com to have your data deleted; we'll remove everything not required for tax records.

Service providers

We share data with the categories of providers needed to run the service: a payment processor, cloud hosting and file storage, a database provider, AI and web-search providers (which process your brief to produce your report), an email delivery service, and a background-job service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
