Where does the data come from?
Directly from SEC filings, computed rather than copied: growth metrics from 10-K filings via SEC EDGAR, insider transactions from Form 4 filings (which disclose actual transaction prices, so insider average entry prices are exact), and hedge-fund positions from quarterly 13F filings. 13Fs disclose quarter-end holdings only, with up to a 45-day lag and no purchase prices — so fund entry prices are clearly labeled estimates at quarter-end valuation.
Which stocks can you cover?
Any company listed on U.S. exchanges that files with the SEC — that's where the filing-grade data comes from. Foreign companies with U.S. listings (ADRs that file with the SEC) generally work too; private companies get our company brief instead, built from public signals like funding announcements.
